According to CNN, Officer Betty Shelby, who fatally shot unarmed Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been charged with felony manslaughter. Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler stated that an arrest warrant was issued for Officer Shelby, and arrangements have been made for her surrender.
