DALLAS – The falling temperature is just what people living in one Oak Cliff apartment complex do not need. They have little to no heat.

Several residents at the Indigo apartments say for the past week the heat has been off in their apartments.

They say they’ve complained to the building management several times, but to no avail.

Some tenants have been using their ovens to try to stay warm and camping out in their living rooms.

“When it’s cold in here it hurts your bones. You can’t find a place to get warm and when it’s your home you need to be warm,” said resident Rachelle Rankin.

The maintenance manager at the complex says they’ve had issues with the computer software that maintains the building’s heat.

He said everyone should have heat by Wednesday.
