Update: New Charges For Man Responsible For Dallas 2-Year-Old’s Death [VIDEO]

New charges are being pushed through the courts against Orlando Hidalgo, who is allegedly responsible for the death of a 2-year-old in Dallas. A few stories are floating around this case, one of which Orlando shot the baby and the other being the baby accidentally shot himself.

According to CBS11 News, the new charges Orlando will face in addition to capital murder will be “Making a Firearm Accessible to a Child, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon as a Felon.”

These are some pretty serious charges.
