Money is at the root of another controversy for Floyd “Money” Mayweather. According to TMZ, the boxer is being sued by the SLS Hotel in Las Vegas, which was supposed to host Mayweather’s birthday party at their nightclub. They allegedly paid him half of his $35,000 fee in advance, but Floyd never showed up because he wanted to stay in Europe for his birthday instead. The club demanded the advance back, yet Floyd has not returned the money. The SLS is suing Mayweather for the $35,000 plus additional damages they acquired due to his no show.
