The Cowboys have had a lot of bad luck going into the 2016 season, but rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott isn’t following that pattern…at least not at this point. The prosecutor’s office of Columbus, Ohio have decided not to charge Elliot in a domestic violence case filed by his ex-girlfriend due to inconsistencies in her story. The NFL is still investigating the situation though, so the Cowboy rookie isn’t totally out of the woods just yet. Details about today’s decision in Elliott’s favor can be found here
