50 Cent and Rick Ross may not be going back and forth publicly anymore, but their feud is about to head to court.

The G-Unit frontman is reportedly suing the MMG head honcho for using his smash debut record, “In Da Club,” on his Renzel Remixes project.

According to TMZ, 50 claims that Ross didn’t have permission to use the instrumental on his project, and says that he used it to bring publicity to Black Market.

The site reports that 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is asking for $2 million, with the lawsuit having been filed in Connecticut.

This is definitely interesting, being that 50 lost a $7 million lawsuit against Rick Ross’ baby mother over releasing a sex tape of her.

What are your thoughts on 50 suing Ross?
