North Charleston Police released the dash camera footage of the car stop that took place before Officer Michael Slager shot Walter Scott. From the looks for it this was a routine stop until Scott ran out of his car. The reason Scott ran is unknown.
Slager has been charged with murder for the shooting of Scottt and has been fired from his job.
