Conan is shooting his show in Dallas all week, and last night we got our first look at the temporary set. We also got a glimpse of what to expect from Coco while he’s in town, and it’s hilarious!! Some of his bits included getting deputized by a real Texas county sheriff, stealing the gigantic boots worn by “Big Tex,” and catapulting a huge slab of Texas beef across a basketball court to try and make a basket!
At one point in the show, he is joined by a special guest, the Mavs’ own Dirk Nowitzki who challenges Conan on his knowledge of Texas Trivia. Conan’s answer to Dirk’s question regarding the leading cause of heart attacks in Texas is especially humorous because it might actually be true!
