Unlike food, water and sleep, sex isn’t a biological necessity. But it’s still pretty important. And if you haven’t gotten any in a while, it can have some seriously negative effects on your mind and body.

–With that in mind, here are seven signs your body’s trying to tell you that you’ve gone too long without sex:

–Excessive nervousness

–Migraine headaches and long periods of unjustified anxiety

–Permanent stress

–Lack of appetite

–Insomnia

–Contradictory feelings about certain people (???)

–And frequent sexual fantasies, especially at night

(–Just so we’re all on the same page here, you don’t necessarily need another person to help you relieve the symptoms of “sexlessness.” I’m just putting that out there. You know what I’m getting at.)
