Gotta show some love cause the story of this young man, Trey Sampson, really broke my heart.  Tonight at 6pm, Balch Springs Middle School will team up against Pleasant Grove, and make sure No. 88 makes his first touchdown.

Since 2012, the seventh grader has had four surgeries to remove a rare bone cancer. First, his arm was amputated; then part of his lung removed.

But on September 9, Trey’s prognosis turned grim. Doctors said osteosarcoma will take Trey’s life.

But his mom, Kimberly Sampson, said it won’t take away his childhood dream — thanks to the mighty Balch Springs Middle School Jaguars.

Trey’s mom said on Tuesday, Balch Springs Middle School will team up with its biggest rival,  Pleasant Grove, and make sure No. 88 makes his first (if not his last) touchdown ever.

Show him some support via his Facebook Page
