U.S. Congress isn’t liking how easy it was for Jay and Bey to travel to Cuba after the treasury department deemed the trip “cultural” and gave the greenlight. So now some members of the House of Representatives Appropriations Committee are wanting to increase travel restrictions to Cuba in the form of a bill some are calling the “Jay-Z, Beyonce Bill.” If the bill passes the full Congress and signed into law, it would only allow travel to Cuba for educational exchanges that are connected to achieving an academic degree.
