Bobby Brown just pled not guilty to driving under the influence, but the judge threw in an extra condition to his bail — he can’t consume alcohol.
Bobby also pled not guilty to driving on a suspended license.
The singer was arrested last month after cops noticed he was driving while talking on his cell phone at around noon. Once pulled over, police had more than a sneaking suspicion he was under the influence — he reeked of alcohol. During the field sobriety test, Bobby blew a .12 — and in California, that’s called legally drunk.
