Not dissing Beyonce because we don’t know all the details but, parents who don’t put their kids in correct car seats should have their license taken away permanently… #fail!

Beyonce and baby Blue Ivy Carter have made their rounds around NYC, dining in fabulous restaurants like girly lunch buddies. Bey carries around her beautiful baby in a sling but what happens when Bey gets in a car? Nothing, recent photos show that Bey doesn’t put Blue in a car seat!
NY law states:
“Every child under age 16 in the vehicle must use a safety restraint. If under age four, he or she must be properly secured in a federally-approved child safety seat that is attached to a vehicle by a safety belt or universal child restraint anchorage (LATCH) system.”
