In a recent interview Spike Lee refers to Tyler Perry’s TBS sitcoms Meet the Browns and House of Payne as coonery and buffoonery. Tyler Perry responded to Spike’s comments in his interview on 60 Minutes which airs tonight at 7pm.

First Hip Hop beef, now Hollyweird beef… this is getting a little out of hand. If these two could come together and make a film, Tyler’s comedy and drama then add that Spike Lee substance, that would make one hell of a film.
We love Madea just as much as the next person but do you think Spike Lee may have a point???
