MAN EATS WEED DURING TRAFFIC STOP
A Texas man who police say told an officer “I ate the weed, you know dog” is facing an evidence tampering charge after allegedly swallowing marijuana during a traffic stop.
police said an officer approached the vehicle driven by 29-year-old Richard Parker and detected a strong marijuana odor.
Asked by the officer to open his mouth, Parker revealed it was full of marijuana and refused to spit it out.
Police say he later told the officer he had eaten the marijuana.
Parker was arrested and is being held on $5,000 bond.
