Johnathan Pierce says he was tased by the Arlington police for no reason.
According to Pierce, he went inside the bar to get money from an ATM. When he stepped outside to meet his friends, he heard a loud crash in the parking lot.
and he ran back to the club for safety. “I get probably maybe halfway in the club and I just hear a loud pop,” he said. “And then I feel this sharp pain in my side.”
Pierce said the police officer then jumped on top of him. “And then he has a Taser in his hand, saying, get the (blank) down. Don’t get up. Stay down.'”
he was eventually let go and is now suffering from pain and emotional scars.
