A court hearing for the mother of slain rapper Tupac Shakur has been rescheduled for the third time since she was charged with felony drug possession last spring.
Tupac’s mother,63-year-old Afeni Shakur Davis was supposed to have a court hearing regarding her charges stemming from a incident from April of ’10, in which she was charged with possession of marijuana, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance and simple possession of a controlled substance.
There has been no reason given for the latest delay and Robeson County District Court has continued the trial till June 2. It was the third time Davis’ case has been delayed.
