A variety of female rappers will be honored during the 2nd Annual Female Hip Hop Honors Awards, which will be held in Los Angeles this Spring. Voting recently started at Undergroundgirlsofhiphop.com in eight different categories, including R&B Combo of the Year, B-Girl Hip-Hop Awards, FEmale Mixtape of the Year Award and the Social Media Grind Award. Honorees in 2011 include Roxanne Shante, Suga T and Shawnna, while nominees include Jean Grae, Dondria, Mac Bre, Jacki-O, Gangsta Boo, Diamond, Trina, Rasheeda, Candi Redd and others. Additionally, Trea Davenport of Trea Day Management and Publicity. The 2nd Annual Female Hip Hop Honors Awards take place Saturday May 21st at The Radisson Hotel in Los Angeles, California from 6:00-12:00AM.
