TheBeatDFW – 97.9 The Beat

Dj Big Bink was  Born and raised by a single mother of four on the south side of Chicago, and believes that hip hop is a way of life. Big Bink started DJ’ing  in Chicago doing basement and block parties, but began to DJ and promote parties while in college at Langston University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree. When the Beat Launched in 2000, Big Bink started as a Mix Show DJ for The Beat now can be heard every weekday from 10am - 2pm.  He still mixes on the air and at various clubs throughout the Dallas/Fortworth metro.  He's also done countless remixes and compilations as a producer.

Catch him in the community with the Ace program, where he teaches Radio, TV and Film to High School students and the CYSA program where he helps out with various Basketball Leagues for the youth in Dallas/Fort Worth.
