A week after FBI Director James Comey launched a probe related to a new batch of emails found on presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton’s private server, he’s now saying that she will not face any charges. He issued a letter to Congress stating that although he believes Clinton’s use of the personal email server during her time as secretary of state wasn’t the best decision, she can’t be held criminally accountable. “Since my letter, the FBI investigative team has been working around the clock to process and review a large volume of emails from a device obtained in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation.
