Power 106 Presents Powerhouse

The Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, and Taylor Swift beef seems to be a never-ending saga.

A day after Kim broke the Internet with a recording of her husband talking to the “Bad Blood” singer about his controversial single “Famous,” news broke that Taylor had threatened Ye’ with criminal prosecution back in February for secretly recording their conversation.

In a letter sent to Kanye’s attorneys, Taylor’s lawyer clearly stated that under California law, anyone who secretly records a telephone conversation with someone commits a criminal offense and it’s a felony.

The letter states:

“Demand is hereby made that you immediately destroy all such recordings, provide us of assurance that this has been done, and also assurance that these recordings have not been previously disseminated.”

Although Taylor still has the right to file a lawsuit against the couple, Kanye may already be prepared.

Afterall, he did tweet, “Can somebody sue me already #I’llwait” last month after the “Famous” video dropped.
