At least 11 people have died after severe tornadoes and storms tore through northern Texas. The city of Garland, just 20 miles northeast of Dallas, suffered the most casualties, with 8 people found dead & 15 injured. Our prayers go out to the victims affected. [USA Today]

The wife of Bikram yoga guru Bikram Choudhury is filing for legal separation after 31 years of marriage. Though the yoga giant is being accused of raping and sexually assaulting former students, his wife cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. [TMZ]

On Christmas Day, the United States sent out 17 air strikes against ISIS, in both Iraq and Syria. Several of the strikes hit Islamic State fighting outposts, manufacturing sites, bridges, and other targets. The attacks were coordinated by Operation Inherent Resolve, a mission designed to eliminate ISIS. [Daily Mail]
