Birdman and Mack Maine have more legal trouble to deal with.  A lawsuit has been filed by the family of a teenage boy who was misidentified when he was put on the cover of Mack Maine’s “Ethan Couch” song cover.

You may remember the North Texas teen, Ethan Couch, who pretty much got a slap on the wrist after killing 4 people in June of 2013 while driving under the influence of alcohol. His “affluenza” defense made headlines when his lawyers argued he didn’t know any better because he wasn’t properly taught right from wrong by his wealthy, privileged parents

Mack made a song about it but put the wrong guy on the cover. Mark and Becky English, the parents of the boy on the cover, are suing the two for mistaken identity. Birdman is in the suit because the album came from his label.
