Just before DMX was to hit the stage at Radio City Music Hall on June 26, he was arrested and booked for multiple outstanding warrants including $400k in unpaid child support and bail jumping. There was also a complaint naming him as a suspect in an April robbery that occurred at a gas station in Newark, NJ.
For the child support charge, he’s just been sentenced to six months behind bars and was placed in the Erie County holding center in Buffalo, New York yesterday (Tuesday). It’s been truly a rough ride for the ‘Ruff Ryda’ to say the least.
