Clearly, Kid Rock has no idea what he’s started..

Kid Rock just set himself up for a virtual slaying after making comments about Beyonce in his latest interview with Rolling Stone.

“Beyoncé, to me, doesn’t have a f*cking ‘Purple Rain,’ but she’s the biggest thing on Earth,’” he said. “How can you be that big without at least one ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ or ‘Old Time Rock & Roll’? People are like, ‘Beyoncé’s hot. Got a nice f*cking a**.’ I’m like, ‘Cool, I like skinny white chicks with big tits.’ Doesn’t really f*cking do much for me.”

Has he lost his mind? In case you’re wondering why the hell Kid Rock is doing interviews anyway, he has a new album coming out and can use the publicity. And what better way to get the people talking than name drop Beyonce — the biggest star in the world?

Rock wasn’t specifically asked what he thought about Bey’s appearance, so why he offered his opinion is beyond us. No man should make public comments about another man’s wife. Period. Sure everyone — black or White — is entitled to their personal preference, but why does this White man think it’s OK to talk about a Black woman’s body on the radio as if his opinion should determine if she’s desirable to anyone else. Sir, have a seat. We don’t care what you think about Beyonce!

But get this! Kid Rock is the father of a bi-racial manso he clearly found a Black woman desirable at one point in his life.

His comments are also very strange considering his hip-hop influences. His first nationwide tour was with Too-Short and he even rocked the stage with Run-DMC at the MTV Video Music Awards.

He also famously got into a fight with his ex wife Pam Anderson‘s ex-husband Tommy Lee at the 2007 MTV Awards. We’re assuming that he was coming to his wife’s honor at the awards show so why on Earth did he think it was ok to comment on the appearance of Jay Z’s wife?

We get it, music is subjective. It’s not up to Kid Rock to determine if another artist’s music is iconic. It’s up to the people. And considering how her fans have clapped back, they think she’s pretty iconic. The 20 Grammy Awards on her mantel also proves that she’s kinda a big deal.

If you peruse Kid Rock’s Instagram page, you’ll see that he has been swarmed by the BeyHive. Good. I’m guessing he’ll keep his comments about Beyonce to himself now or risk winding up like Keyshia or worst… Keri Hilson.
