In an interview with Hip-Hop Motivation on his PGTV web channel former Roc-A-Fella CEO Damon Dash explains why he believes his former business partner Jay Z should respond to Hot 97 radio personality and DJ Funkmaster Flex.

Flex went on a rant a couple weeks ago dissing Jay about his website LifeAndTimes.Com, banning Cam’ron and Dipset music in his 40/40 Club’s and more.
The interviewer asked Dame about his BET Honors appearance with Kanye West but Dame went right back to the Jigga/Flex Beef. Dash even implies that someone may be keeping Jay Z from talking.
