Singer Chris Brown has been ordered to stay in Anger Management rehab for an additional two months. This ruling comes after he has recently been diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder and PTSD. I hope the rehab facility is able to help Chris Brown with all of his issues because he does has an exceptional talent.
