In the North Dallas Neighborhood near Frankford and Hillcrest roads – there is an upset neighbor – and this neighbor is claiming their neighbor is causing the value of their purchased home to lower in value due to their Rabbi neighbor across the street violating The Homeowner’s Association rules and lowering property values.
