After apparently confessing on Facebook to murdering his wife and then posting a photo of her body, a South Miami man turned himself in to police on Thursday.
The suspect, Derek Medina, 31, went to police after he reportedly shot Jennifer Alfonso, according to a post on Medina’s personal Facebook account.
