The hit-and-run last May that Chris Brown was involved in where he left the scene without supplying proper insurance issue could be the reason Chris could go back to jail.

According to TMZbased on those charges The L.A. County District Attorney has just filed legal docs asking the judge in the Rihanna beating case to revoke his probation saying Breezy “willfully and unlawfully” broke the law.

Chris took to Twitter to vent his frustration of the news:
