Texas Motor Speedway program host the 5th season of The 2013 Scion High School challenge, in hopes to lower the rates of illegal drag racing. President Eddie Gossage  joined Fort Worth Mayor Mike Moncrief to unveil this new program.

Texas Motor Speedway will convert pit road into a drag strip on six Friday nights this summer. Scion Drag-n-Brag will feature racing in four different classes and Texas Motor Speedway will crown a season champion in the August finale. Each Friday evening, the gates will open at 6p.m.  with practice and the “Show & Shine” car display running from 6:20 to 8:20 p.m.
