UPDATED: Lil Wayne Being Prepared For His Last Rites- Or Is He??!- WEEZY SPEAKS!!

TMZ is reporting that Lil Wayne, who was placed in the hospital in Los Angeles- is currently in critical condition.  At 5:16p, TMZ reported that they were being told he was being read his last rites and his mother was on her way into LA!!
