Frank Ocean Catches Drug Charge

If you knew your license was suspended, your tint was a little dark, aaaannnd you had some ‘wacky tobacky’ on ya, then why the hell would you go 90 in a 65mph zone??

He gets pulled over, of course, and gets slapped with a slew of charges. I just don’t understand what goes through people’s minds sometimes. Ugh.
