An Arlington strip club owner appeared in federal court in Fort Worth Tuesday afternoon, accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill two Arlington city officials.
The FBI said in a federal complaint that Ryan Grant wanted to murder two people who “reneged” on a deal that would have reopened his Flashdancer Cabaret that has been closed since January. Federal agents said Grant offered $10,000 per murder for someone to come from Mexico, kill the targets, and return south of the border.
